Are you a Production Operative or similar looking for a stable and long-term shift based role within a tight-knit, friendly team at a well-established company offering full training who export worldwide and offer optional overtime to increase earnings?

This well-established company have a turnover of over £40 million and have been exporting their quality paper products around the world for over 20 years. Due to a coworker moving on, they are looking to add to their friendly team.

In this stable role you will be working out of the workshop based just outside Exeter, operating the forklift transporting goods around the site as well as assisting the senior operatives with all aspects of goods handling. Full training is provided on the day-to-day work as you work within a friendly team of 6 on a shift pattern of 4 shifts on (2 days, 2 nights) and 4 shifts off, 8 times followed by 12 days off then the cycle restarts.

This stable, varied role would suit a Production Operative looking for a long-term role offering full training and the opportunity to increase your earnings within a role offering a great work life balance giving you 7 months of the year off.

The Role:

• Assist the senior operatives man with finishing, packaging and labelling the goods
• Transport goods around site – Forklift training can be provided
• General warehouse work
• 4 shifts on (2 days, 2 nights) and 4 shifts off, 8 times followed by 12 days off then the cycle restarts.
• Work within team of 6
• Overtime available – 1.5x / 2x
