Are you someone with leadership experience from an Injection Moulding background looking for a rewarding role where you will be responsible for your teams success in a globally recognised company offering progression and development opportunities?

In this role you will be a crucial member of this high-tech automotive production facility, responsible for a team of 30 skilled operatives. This role heavily relies on your people management skills and technical proficiency to improve team productivity. You will be responsible for performance, team KPI’s, upholding quality and Health & Safety standards.

• Ensuring KPI’s are met
• Reporting to Moulding Team Manager
