Are you an Administrator or similar with a dealership or vehicle background looking for a well-established company who provide a stable, secure position, an excellent working environment within a tight knit team and who due to massive growth and a full work schedule are looking to expand their workforce and progress you through the company?

On offer is the opportunity to work within a large commercial transport service provider going through an exciting period of growth. The company are responsible for the maintenance, service and repair of HGV’s and LCV’s on behalf of some major blue-chip clients including Jewson’s and DPD.

Your role will involve raising invoices, credit notes and intercompany purchases. Completing credit checks, handling petty cash and other ad-hoc finance/administrative tasks, you will work within a tight-knit team of office staff and be given full training.

This role would suit an Administrator or similar looking for an excellent working environment within a tight knit team, with a company who provide a stable, secure, long term position and the ability to progress your career into senior positions?

The Role:

  • Generating and processing Invoices
  • MOT schedules / service schedules / booking appointments
  • General administrative tasks Monday to Friday (8AM-6PM)
  • Every other Saturday Morning

The Person:

  • Administrator or similar
  • Background in Automotive / Dealership
  • Commutable to Grays
