Are you a Administrator or similar with a knowledge and experience in the automotive trade looking for an exciting role working with the UKs most glamorous and luxurious vehicles?

On offer is a chance to join the leading provider of luxury vehicles in the South East of the UK. This company specialise in the trading of luxury vehicles from distinguished brands such as Rolls-Royce, McLaren, Mercedes, Porsche, and more.

In this role, you’ll be a key player in the Vehicle Administration team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. Your tasks will include invoicing used cars, assisting customers with their needs, setting up warranties and maintaining reports and record. You’ll work closely with the sales and accounts team and ensure all records are up to date for the benefit of both the business and their customers.

This role would suit an Administrator with a background and interest in the automotive trade looking for progression in the industry to advance their career and be part of the close knit team who supply the UKs most luxurious and sought after vehicles.


  • Administration responsibilities for the funding system.
  • Supporting the sales team.
  • Maintain payment records.


  • Administrator experience, interest and background in the automotive industry desired.
  • Confidence for being customer facing, assisting the sales team with high profile clients.
  • Commutable to Chelmsford.
