A specialist precision fabrication business focused on high-integrity welding and the manufacture of complex cryogenic pressure vessels, including MRI cryostats and other advanced medical systems. Operating in highly regulated, safety-critical sectors such as healthcare, nuclear, fusion and renewable energy, the business is known for its expertise in welding stainless steel, aluminium and nickel alloys, specialist forming techniques such as port pulling, and comprehensive NDT testing including helium leak, vacuum and hydrostatic testing.

In this role, you will fabricate and TIG weld high-integrity cryogenic pressure vessels and precision fabrications used in MRI cryostats and other advanced medical and scientific systems. Working from engineering drawings and WPS, you will manufacture components from stainless steel, aluminium and nickel alloys to exacting quality standards. Duties include preparation, fabrication, welding, finishing and inspection to support strict testing requirements. The role is based on an early shift pattern, working 6:45am to 3:15pm.

This role would suit a Welder Fabricator with TIG welding experience, looking to join a specialist business working on complex cryogenic and medical systems, with stable early shifts and excellent overtime opportunities.

The Role:
* Fabrication and TIG welding of high-integrity cryogenic pressure vessels and fabrications
* Work from engineering drawings and WPS
* Fabricate and weld stainless steel, aluminium and nickel alloys
* Preparation, finishing and inspection of precision components
* Early shift pattern (6:45am – 3:15pm)

The Person:
* Experienced Welder Fabricator with TIG welding experience
* Confident working from engineering drawings and to strict quality standards
* Skilled in stainless steel, aluminium and nickel alloy fabrication and welding
* Commutable to Bridgend
