Do you have a mechanical or electrical qualification looking to kick start your career in growing tightknit specialist in Lightning conduction offering full on the job training and progression into other departments?

Founded in 2014 you will be the 4^th member of a growing team in the Southwest region. (based in Plymouth). It is a job training role with progression to be a Lightning Conductor Engineer after training + options to be a Design engineer once training is completed.

This company specializes in lightning conduction working across the south/southwest region of the UK, testing and installing lightning protections and earthing systems within construction sites and Ministry of defense facilities. After recent growth they are looking to expand the team to support upcoming projects.

In this role you will receive full training working alongside a senior engineer supporting with installing and testing lightning systems and earthing systems. Your project will span across the whole of the South/Southwest region, working on construction sites or MOD facilities. This role will see you working at heights on a day-to-day basis.

This role will suit anyone with experience in the mechanical or electrical qualification, looking to working along with professionals to gain industry experience and kick start your engineering career.

The role:

• Testing and installing lightning protections and earthing systems
• One on one training with senior engineers
• Picked up from home, travelling to sites within the southwest
• Mon-Fri 7:30am-5:30pm with occasional weekend work

The person:

• Electrical or mechanical qualifications/ experience
• Willing to travel around the southwest
