In this role, you will carry out workshop-based engineering, equipment installation and commissioning, servicing, repairs and upgrades. You will diagnose technical faults, provide customer support remotely and on-site, test and calibrate equipment, deliver operator training, complete accurate service documentation, and support continuous improvement and product development. You will work both independently and as part of a team, travelling to customer sites across the UK and internationally.

The Role:

• Install, commission, service, repair and upgrade equipment at customer sites across the UK and internationally.
• Diagnose faults, provide remote and on-site technical support, and carry out testing and calibration.

• Complete service documentation, deliver operator training and support continuous improvement and product development.

• Trainee Field Service Engineer or similar
• Mechanical and Electrical background
• Commutable to Plymouth
