In this role, you will lead a team of production operatives, managing daily output to meet targets while ensuring clear communication. You will carry out hands-on assembly, wiring, and soldering to specification, maintain product quality by identifying and resolving faults, and support production planning by coordinating workflows and ensuring materials and resources are in place.

This role would suit a Production Supervisor from the Lighting and Production industry or similar, who is looking for a fast-growing, hands on, trusted company.

The Role:

• Lead and support a team

• Ensure the quality of products
• Coordinate production workflow, schedules, and resources to maintain efficient operations
• Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

The Person:

• Production Supervisor background or similar
• Production and Lighting industry background or similar
• Commutable to St Helens
