Are you a Production Supervisor looking for a hands-on leadership role within a precision engineering environment, where you can take ownership of production performance, team development, and continuous improvement?

On offer is the opportunity to join a specialist medical device manufacturer, working as part of a skilled production and quality team where you will be involved in the assembly and inspection of precision components that play a key role in the delivery of finished medical products.

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising CNC machining activities, coordinating workflow, and ensuring components are manufactured to required tolerances, drawings, and specifications. You will work closely with Quality, Engineering, and Planning teams to ensure smooth production flow and resolution of any technical or operational issues.

This role would suit a Production Supervisor with experience in CNC machining or precision engineering, looking to take ownership of a production area and drive both team performance and process efficiency within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
