Are you an Injection Mould Setter or similar looking to work in a modern facility with high-quality tooling, efficient production processes, and regular overtime available?

On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established and growing manufacturing company operating within a modern, well-equipped toolroom. The business specialises in precision injection moulding and provides a stable working environment with regular overtime available.

In this role, you will be responsible for setting and operating injection moulding machines, carrying out tool changes, and ensuring production runs efficiently and to a high standard. You will work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure tooling and processes are optimised.

This role would suit an Injection Mould Setter or similar looking for a days-based role offering regular overtime in a modern, well-equipped manufacturing environment.

The Role:

• Safe setting, mounting and dismounting of injection mould tools, including machine set-up and tool changes
• Operation of injection moulding machines (Arburg/Demag experience desirable), including tool trials and process optimisation
• Machine maintenance, quality control, and ensuring efficient, high-quality production output
• Preparation, modification, and support of injection mould tools, including liaising with internal teams, customers, and suppliers

The Person:

• Experience in injection mould setting, ideally within a production manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of Arburg and/or Demag machines, with a good understanding of materials and moulding processes
• Commutable to Stevenage
