In this role, you will be responsible for the modification and repair of a range of injection moulding machines that produce high-quality components for clients across multiple industries. You’ll be working closely with the production and quality teams to ensure output meets company and customer standards.

This role would suit a Toolmaker from an injection moulding background who is looking for a stable full time position that offers overtime to increase earnings.

The Role:

• Use of manual milling machines, lathes, surface & cylindrical grinders, and EDM equipment (manual and CNC spark eroders, CNC wire eroder)
• Manufacture, modification, and repair of injection mould tools
• Manufacture and fitting of new injection mould tools
• Use of hand tools including files, hacksaws, and grinders

The Person:

• Experience in Toolmaking, and high precision machining, milling, grinding and fitting
• Understand and have experience of fitting and assembly of complex tools, including their repair
