Are you an Account / Business Development Manager or similar with a proven track record in billing and hitting targets looking to become an integral part of a technically exciting, new business experiencing rapid expansion into global markets working with a number of FTSE 100 companies?

In this role you will be conducting 30% new business and 70% account management across a variety of FTSE 100 companies. The role is hybrid remote with 2 days WFH and it also contains occasional global travel mostly to the US. The equipment you will be selling is state of the art Audio Visual equipment with this company holding a number of patents and offering the opportunity to earn unlimited commission.

Having been going for just over 5 years this company have grown to 30 employees and have patented a number of devices that are taking over the Audio Visual industry. They are enduring rapid expansion at the moment and are looking for people that are going to hit and exceed sales targets and grow with the business as it expands.

This role would suit a Sales Manager or similar with a proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets looking for a technically challenging, varied and rewarding role, where they can massively boost their earnings and really make their mark within a technically exciting business.

The Role:

  • Manage key existing accounts as well as developing new business relationships
  • Occasional global travel mainly to the US to liaise with enterprise clients
  • Uncapped commission on all sales made with realistic earnings being £75k-£90k in the first year
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm, 40 hours a week, 2 days WFH

The Person:

  • Sales Manager or similar
  • Proven experience hitting / exceeding sales targets
