In this role, you’ll drive sales targets by managing service contracts, renewals, and generating leads. You’ll also coordinate maintenance visits, prepare quotes, handle invoicing, and ensure swift resolution of technical issues.

This role would suit an ambitious Administrator/Service Coordinator with strong administration skills and excellent communication abilities who is organized, proactive and works effectively looking for a new opportunity to join a stable organization.

The Role:

  • Proactively sell service contracts, achieve targets, and coordinate service activities.
  • Manage contract renewals, generate new leads, and ensure prompt invoicing and communication.
  • Coordinate with engineers and customers for maintenance visits and technical inquiries.

The Person:

  • Previous experience in Administrative role
  • Administration skills eg. MS Office/CRM Software (Preferred but not required)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
