Ernest Gordon are an elite unit of high performing Consultants that specialise in permanent positions across IT, Engineering and Finance sectors. We are 5 years old and 40 staff strong, operating across 3 sites with the goal of doubling turnover and headcount in 2024.

This is a fast paced, target driven, high pressure environment where you get out what you put in. Our meritocratic structure gives you the opportunity to earn a promotion every quarter, meaning that you could make it to management in less than a year.

You will be learning from highly skilled individuals in an open plan office, shoulder to shoulder with Directors, Managers and Principal Consultants who will mentor and push you to compete with them at the top.
