Are you a Quantity Surveyor, with a background in M&E / Construction, looking to step into a senior role with a rapidly growing company, working on large, complex turnkey projects across the UK, where you will add direct value to a rapidly growing company, working in partnership with directors to effectively manage contractual and commercial projects?

Are you looking to step into a versatile, dynamic role which will enable you to reach your full potential, with room for ongoing progression as the company continues to rapidly scale, as you provide technical advice and client support throughout the project life-cycle?

The company provide mechanical services and solutions across a range of sectors, including Building Services and Industrial. They specifically offer specialist welding, pipefitting and fabrication services across the country, with a reputation for excellence. You will be a key part of their ongoing success, working closely with the directorship team.

On offer is the opportunity to join a highly ambitious, innovative, and multi-disciplinary team of engineers, for an ambitious organisation currently exceeding £2 million turnover, looking to double this in 2024. You will be in a national role, supporting the business in contractual and commercial matters, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards.

The Role:

• Provide risk analysis to mitigate all potential risks associated with projects
• Produce valuations in collaboration with project teams to enhance project value
• Ensure timely submission and management of all assessment and approval processes
• Liaise closely with clients, ensuring projects are running smoothly and costing and commercial aspects is on track throughout the duration of projects
