Are you a Quantity Surveyor or similar from a Construction background looking for an autonomous and varied role in a company that prides itself on a great working environment, staff support systems and progressional opportunities offering quarterly bonuses (up to £2500) to increase your earnings and a car allowance?

This subcontractor provide specialist cladding and façade solutions into both commercial and residential sectors carrying out a variety of projects around Gloucestershire. Since their establishment 10 years ago, the company continues to grow whilst still placing value in high quality work and supporting its employees and skill development, and are now looking to further grow their team.

This varied role will see you work within a tight-knit team, where you will create estimates, support contractors, drive to and from local projects, interacting with clientele and talking to suppliers. You will also undertake occasional travel to sites around Gloucestershire.

This role would suit an Quantity Surveyor that is ready to take on a new challenge in commercial and residential construction offering the opportunity to build your career and increase your earnings through quarterly bonuses.

The Role:

• Work with a range of commercial and residential cladding projects
• Working closely with suppliers and customers and estimating supplies / materials and interacting with suppliers / clientele
• Mon – Fri (09:00am – 17:00pm)
• Driving to and from local projects

The Person:

• Quantity Surveyor
• Construction/ Civil engineering background / experience
• Full Driving Licence
• Based near Cheltenham
