Are you a Project / Cost Surveyor or similar with experience working within a consultancy looking to head up a big variety of technically exciting projects, for a forward thinking and market leading company that will give you the autonomy to make your mark, lead your own team & and scope to progress further down the line?

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing land surveys and providing accurate data crucial for planning and development. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance with zoning regulations and land-use requirements, mitigating risks and optimizing project timelines and resources. Additionally, you will implement advanced surveying technologies to enhance efficiency and precision in data collection, contributing to the successful execution of commercial construction projects.

THE ROLE:

• Specializing in managing land surveys and delivering precise data crucial for commercial projects as independent construction cost advisors.
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure adherence to zoning regulations and efficient utilization of project resources, thereby facilitating cost-effective solutions.
• Utilizing advanced surveying technologies to streamline data collection processes, thereby assisting in accurate budgeting and cost estimation throughout the project lifecycle
