Are you a Project Engineer or similar with a background in Automation, M&E design, and Technical Assembly who is looking for an autonomous and dynamic role in which you will work closely with the Company Director to play a key part in shaping the future of the business?

This ambitious company has been built from the ground up since 2020 and have found great success, now working on a wide range of commercial projects with big names in the Automation industry across the UK, and they are now looking to expand the workforce to keep up with a growing and consistent project workload.

In this dynamic role you will be managing project delivery in addition to contributing to planned maintenance and business growth. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining effective communication throughout the process. You will be responsible for the design, manufacture and distribution of all parts mechanical, and the manufacture and programming of electronics. You will work a Monday – Friday flexible working pattern of 37.5 hours a week.

This varied and autonomous role would suit someone with a background in Automation, M&E design, and Technical Assembly who is able to manage the project workload closely with the companies Director, and wants a senior role in a growing business.

The Role:

• Managing project delivery, resolving disputes, and contributing to planned maintenance business growth
• M&E Design + Technical and Electrical Assembly
• Hands on project management
• Site visits and client facing
• Work closely with director

The Person:

• Project Engineer or similar
• Background in M&E design / Technical and Electrical assembly
• Full Driver’s Licence
• Commutable to Kettering / Raunds
