Are you a Production Manager or similar, with a background in sheet metal, looking for a new role where you will play a pivotal role in the continued success of a high-end manufacturer, supporting and developing the engineering team to improve and reach their full potential, being rewarded with a generous OTE and ongoing opportunities for development?

Established nearly 50 years ago, the company is growing consistently, building on long term contracts for high-quality clientele.
You will be responsible for overseeing the workshop and production process, from creating workshop schedules to supporting engineers with quality and health and safety. You will be heavily involved in continuous improvement, supporting the reconfiguration of shop floor and movement into new facilities.
The role:
- Organise production schedules, monitoring and improving productivity
- Supervising staff and providing effective, visible leadership on the shop floor
- Maintaining long-term relationships with clients
- Ensuring a high standard of health and safety and equipment maintenance
The person:
- Experience supervising a team in production environment
- Sheet metal fabrication background
