Are you from an art, design or creative background that wants to use the skills they have gained to have a positive impact on this small but niche company where you will be maximising the profitability and efficiency of the production and sales department.
On offer is the opportunity to manage the end-to-end product management, where you will be overseeing various aspects of the business and managing a small team of production and sales people, sourcing brand merchandise that is ecofriendly and customized to meet the client’s brief. You will be using your skills to bespoke products to the wishes of the client ensuring that the products are delivered on time.
The Role:
- Key Account Webstore Management: Successfully oversee key account webstores, enhancing customer experience and driving sales through collaboration with third-party partners.
- Client Relationship Management: Utilize expertise to nurture client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention levels.
- Profitability Ownership: Take charge of departmental profitability, driving revenue growth and cost optimization initiatives.
- CRM/Database Optimization: Refine sales funnel through effective CRM/database management, enhancing lead nurturing and conversion.
- Leadership Support: Provide competent support for the Company Director, demonstrating confidence in decision-making and leadership.
- Training and Development: Foster team growth through training, coaching, and delegation, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
- Process Improvement: Drive efficiency and productivity by implementing process enhancements and adopting new tools/platforms.
The Person:
- Management experience in Sales or Production
- IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
