Do you have expertise in mechanical engineering, working in either the commercial and industrial sectors, looking to join a rapidly growing company, where you will lead on project delivery, whilst benefitting from an autonomous, newly created position, which has arisen due to the continued expansion of the mechanical department?
Do you have any project management experience, looking to advance these skills in a crucial role, where you will add direct value to a highly successful and reputable company, which works with clients such as Midas and Galliford Try, and will offer you a versatile position within a growing team, working on projects up to £25 million in value?
You will be responsible for effectively managing high value projects, from conception to completion. The role would suit a person with a mechanical background in the commercial and industrial sectors, who is ready to take this unique opportunity and progress their career into a crucial role.
The Role:
- Manage and oversee multiple mechanical construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed to specification, time and budget
- Develop financial management systems for projects to include project plans, budgets, timelines and schedules
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Maintain and develop business relationships with clients
- Travel to project sites occasionally
The Person:
- Mechanical engineering background
- Any project management experience
- Full UK Drivers License
