Are you an experienced design engineer with automation experience looking to step into a senior role within an expanding company where you will be rewarded for your hard work with great career progression?

On offer is the opportunity to join a company who have over 30 years’ experience in providing bespoke complete solutions for test and assembly equipment to a variation of industries nationwide. They are looking to grow their team of experts due to the abundance of business.

In this role you will be involved in the complete project process from start to finish to ensure that perfection is achieved with every project. You will be using your SolidWorks expertise to work with the client and the adjacent teams to maintain faultless results whilst keeping up the companies top reputation.

This role would suit an experienced design engineer looking to take the next step in their career by joining a company who’s progression path is second to none.

The Role:

• Undertake mechanical design of original special purpose machinery, test equipment, components and fixtures as required.
• Assist in the specification of parts used in the assembly (like sensors and pneumatic cylinders)
• Conducting site visits to customers factories
• Monday – Friday (8-4:30)

The Person:

• Intermediate SolidWorks experience essential
• HNC or similar
