Are you a Land Surveyor or similar eager to join a cutting-edge geospatial surveying company, where you’ll lead your own team, benefit from tailoring your own training program, and enjoy perks like hybrid work arrangements, a company vehicle, and flexible scheduling?
Within this position you will manage a team of between 4- 8 land surveyors, overseeing scheduling, task allegations, work in progress and quality checking. You will also manage client communications conducting quotations and conduct land surveys for a range of clients across the southwest, with between 1-4 overnight stays a month.

They specialise in offering precise and accurate dimension data of both built and natural environments using modern, cutting-edge surveying equipment and techniques.
This role will suit a Land Surveyor or similar looking to join a market leading marine surveying company, where you’ll lead your own team, benefit from tailoring your own training program, and enjoy a range of company perks.
The Role:
– Manage a team of 4-8 land surveyors
– Land surveying, diary management and quality management
– 37.5 hour week (Flexible hours and Hybrid working)
The Person:
– Land surveyor looking to progress into management
– Happy to work away, with over night stays
