Are you Junior Property Manager or similar or are you searching for the opportunity to start your career in property management, looking for a role with a company that will be able to provide you with training to support your development and can offer concrete progression into senior positions?

This family led company have been within the property industry since before WW2 and have grown to now own over 50 properties across the London area, mainly in commercial but also some domestic sites. Due to the sustained growth they are now looking to add motivated individuals that are looking to develop a long career in property management.

In this varied role, you will be assigned to a Property Manager and their right hand person, picking up any roles and responsibilities that are passed on such as uploading and reviewing maintenance reports, liaising and dealing with issues from tenants over the phone or email and passing information onto the Maintenance Co-Ordinator to schedule the appropriate contractors.

This role will be suited to a Junior Property Manager or a candidate looking to pursue a career as a Property Manager, with a company that can offer you a role with lots of responsibility and routes for progression into a senior roles.

The Role
* Support Property Management
* Customer / Client Facing
* Dealing with Legal matters
* Liaise with Maintenance Co-Ordinators
* Monday – Friday 09:00 – 18:00

The Person:
* Property / Real Estate Qualificiation
* Computer literate
* Strong Communication Skills
* Able to work under pressure
* Commutable to Oxford Circus
