On offer is an exciting opportunity for an IT Support technician to take a step up and accelerate their personal development in the IT sector, working for an MSP who encourages their employees, with constant training and support.

In this role the successful IT Support technician will work 3 days a week either on client site or from the office in Leicester, working the remaining 2 days from home. This company focus on support for both Apple and Windows products and the ideal IT Support technician will have plans to excel in both areas.

The ideal IT Support technician must have substantial experience working with networking and infrastructure.

THE ROLE:

• Working with a range of clients, supporting infrastructure and complex issues
• Hybrid with 3 days a week on site
• Constant opportunity to troubleshoot problems and develop new skills

THE PERSON:

• Experienced IT Infrastructure and Networking support technician
• Keen to learn and develop existing skills
• Local to Leicester
