On a daily basis you will be required to offer comprehensive HR guidance and assist both managers and employees with various aspects of people management, such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, employee engagement, and rewards.

This role would suit a HR professional with a CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards it) looking for a stable and secure industry role within a thriving packaging company who are known for their great staff retention and friendly working environment.

The role:

• Providing generalist advice to employees and managers
• Assisting in the recruitment process
• Office based

The Person:

• HR Advisor / Administrator or similar
• CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards it)
