Are you an Electrical Engineer, with some mechanical experience, looking to take on a new role where you will provide vital electrical support to clients, both over the phone and in-person, which will allow you to work alongside the head of Customer Support and the Engineering team, providing excellent opportunities for training at a highly progressive company?

Do you want to take on a dynamic role, where you will work in both the office and travel internationally to client sites, offering diagnostic services to ensure the smooth operation of highly vital Ground Support Equipment at airports across the UK, Europe, and beyond?

The Role:

• Provide on-site and telephonic support to clients in order to resolve electrical faults with Ground Support Equipment
• Work in a collaborative environment, with Head of Customer Support and Aftercare alongside Engineering team
• Travel to client sites across the UK, Europe, and beyond to fault-find and resolve issues with products

The Person:

• Experience with electrical fault finding
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualifications
