Are you a Compliance Manager from a food safety background with working knowledge of BRCGS standards and auditing, looking for a role offering multiple progression paths and plenty of authority within a rapidly growing fresh produce enterprise?
In this role you will be conducting internal audits, managing compliance and ensuring this fresh produce company stays up to date with BRCGS regulations and standards. This will involve being tenacious, ensuring large teams are aware of standards and strictly adhere to them. You will also manage Red Tractor, Leaf and Global Gap compliance – with training provided to get you up to speed.
This growing company manage the complete life-cycle of grocery procurement for some of the most well known names in retail. They grow, supply and pack a variety of fresh produce and have a 5-year plan to turn over £1 Billion. They are consistently acquiring new businesses, and there is a real opportunity to progress to become technical manager of various sites across the UK as the company continues to grow.
This role would suit a Compliance Manager from a food safety background, with BRCGS knowledge and internal audit qualifications looking to progress their career in a role that offers amble authority.
The Role:
- Ensuring Compliance to BRCGS Standards
- Conducting Internal and assisting with external audits
- Upholding Red Tractor, LEAF and Global Gap certification
- Progression to Technical Manager as the company grows
