Are you a Compliance Engineer with maintenance knowledge looking to play an integral role in the on-going product compliance of an innovative manufacturer, with an attractive package, a variety of projects and technically exciting work?

You will be the go-to Compliance Engineer, responsible for managing the maintenance across the business. Maintaining technical files and covering all aspects of statutory and mandatory inspection and maintenance, you will be a key member of the senior team, within this industry leading company.

This role would suit a Compliance Engineer with knowledge of maintenance within industrial environments.

THE ROLE:

• Conducting thorough reviews of company policies, procedures, and operations to identify areas of non-compliance
• Manage the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to ensure department engineers understand best practice, and that the job catalogue is suitable and covers all aspects of statutory and mandatory inspection and maintenance
• Developing and implementing strategies to ensure compliance
• Collaborating with various departments to assess compliance risks and develop mitigation plans
• Keeping abreast of changes in regulations and standards relevant to industry and communicating these changes to relevant stakeholders
• Assisting in the development and delivery of compliance training programs for employees
• Investigating compliance violations and implementing corrective actions as necessary
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities

THE PERSON:

• Compliance background, ideally within Industrial Engineering environments
