Are you a Technical Buyer or similar from an Engineering background looking to become an integral part of a technically exciting business where you will have the opportunity to head up the procurement department and build a team underneath you?

In this role you will be negotiating with pre-existing suppliers to order materials and negotiate costs whilst liaising with the internal teams to understand how much material to order and why it is needed. You will mostly be purchasing pre-fabricated metal and other items from a variety of suppliers and there is opportunity to create a team and grow the procurement side of the business as you progress.

Having been going for just over 5 years this company have grown to 30 employees and have patented a number of devices that are taking over the Audio Visual industry. They are in a period of rapid expansion and are looking for future directors of the business to come on now and help shape and progress the company.

This role would suit a Technical Buyer or similar from a Manufacturing / Engineering background looking for a technically challenging, varied and rewarding role, where they can feel truly appreciated and really make their mark within an exciting business experiencing exciting growth.

The Role:
* Identifying, negotiating and securing cost reduction opportunities
* Managing and improving the existing supply chain cost and delivery
* Analyse bill of materials to identify saving opportunities
* Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm, 40 hours a week, 2 days WFH

The Person:
* Technical Buyer or similar
* Manufacturing / Engineering background
