This role would suit a candidate with a business development background looking for a hybrid role within a company who will provide them with extensive training so that you can make an impact on society through providing a service that allows candidates to progress their careers and standard of living.

The role:

• Paid qualification in level 2 safeguarding and IAG qualifications
• To establish local, regional and national employer relationships guaranteeing ring fenced vacancies
• To identify and create opportunities for the development and delivery of Sector Based Work Academies (SBWA’s) across all contract areas
• Communicate with the operations team and stakeholders on all aspects of learner progress and provide support and resolutions to barriers to progression
• Support the Employer/Stakeholder Engagement Manager to develop employer network forums to identify labor market demands
• Generate new employer leads through calls
• Travel nationally to job fairs, community events (All expenses paid)

The person:

• Business development or Business to Business sales experience
• Driving licence
