£40,000 – £50,000 + Up to 15k Commission + WFH + Company car allowance

Are you a Business Development Manager or similar looking for a role that utilizes your skills of relationship building, account management and product training, joining a company that has provided employees across the UK with access to health care for 152 years?

On offer is an exciting opportunity for an experienced intermediary consultant to work closely with a panel of brokers across the North of England to train on employee benefit products such as Health Cash Plus and Medicash. There will be countless opportunities to progress your career across this growing company of over 250 staff.

The ideal Business Development Manager will have knowledge and experience within the insurance industry. Training can be provided for products and services, experience working with intermediaries would be useful.

THE ROLE:

  • Arranging meeting with new and legacy clients.
  • Developing relationships and updating the Salesforce CRM system with changes to packages etc.
  • 2% commission on every sale up to 30% of the annual salary.

THE PERSON:

  • Experience in insurance or in a Business Development/Account manager role.
  • Ideally experience working with intermediaries.
  • Understanding of FCA regulations.
