Are you a Branch Sales Manager from a HVAC background looking for full autonomy and to spearhead a brand new office in Central Manchester? Do you want to grow and develop your own processes and team for one of the UK’s leading HVAC businesses and work on some of the highest profile architectural projects in the UK?

The specific areas of responsibility are, Service partner development, Service Sales Budget and Service Cost Management, Service KPI monitoring, Contract growth and developing the highest skill and knowledge among the team in the region with support from head office.

This role would suit an experienced Branch Sales Manager with experience within HVAC industry.

The Role

  • Delivering the growth sales plan
  • Increase sales in new Maintenance, Repair and Installation works
  • Propose Region Wide Sales Plan and Targets in line with Business Objectives
  • Generating new business using existing and potential customer networks

The Person:

  • Proven experience in Sales Management, Account Management, or similar Sales role
  • Good technical knowledge of HVAC
  • Ability to measure and analyse key performance indicators
  • Ability to review subcontractors and Engineers work quality by attending site visits
