In the role, you will play a crucial part in the smooth operation of supply chain, form processing orders to ensuring timely delivery to valued customers. You’ll utilize your excellent communication skills to liaise between internal departments and external clients, ensuring that expectations are exceeded at every stage.

This role would suit a an Administration Assistant with a customer service background who wants to join a company who are dedicated to driving innovation and sustainability in the HVAC industry while receiving 1 to 1 training throughout their career while receiving flexible working option.

The Role:

  • Process customer orders and manage accounts with Sage software.
  • Coordinate between internal teams and customers
  • Support Supply Manager and other managers with administrative tasks.

The Person:

  • Proficient in SAP/SAGE or similar software for order processing.
  • Experienced in administrative and customer service roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, adept at confidently engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
