The Role:
- Provide advice and service to new and existing clients to ensure products sold to them meet their requirements.
- Complete reports and analysis for the client account managers to present to clients.
- Provide prompt and accurate service to alterations requested by clients.
- Mentor and train apprentice service executives and client service executives.
The Person:
- Insurance industry experience
- FCA Regulation Experience
