This rapidly growing joinery company work on a broad range of high end commercial and residential projects. They have seen major growth since their establishment in 2021 and are now looking to bring in a production manager to keep up with their ongoing expansion.

This is a varied role where no two days will be the same. You will be a key part of the senior leadership team, working closely with the MD and Production Manager, as you are responsible for all day-to-day operations within the Workshop. Further to this you will have involvement within ongoing projects, liaise with customers and support junior team members.

This varied role would suit someone from a Workshop leadership background within Joinery looking to join a fast growing company where you can make your mark on the business and continually develop your career.

The Role:

• Oversee day-to-day workshop operations Check and update schedules
• Work closely with MD and Production Manager
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers
• Assist in ongoing projects
• Monday-Friday 08:30-16:30 (some flexibility in hours)

• Workshop Supervisor or similar
• Joinery background
• Commutable to Hackney
