As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll generate new business through cold calling, develop lasting client relationships and manage the recruitment process from identifying talent to securing placements.

You’ll receive hands-on training and support from experienced consultants, alongside a £28,000 basic salary, uncapped commission and regular opportunities to progress based on your performance.

THE ROLE

– Generate new business through outbound sales and cold calling.

– Build strong relationships with clients across the UK.

– Source, screen and interview candidates for specialist roles.

– Manage the full recruitment process, from winning vacancies to negotiating offers.

– Develop your own specialist market and work towards individual and team targets.
