Are you electrically qualified and looking to break into the high-voltage sector?

We’re working with a well-established and growing business, recently celebrating 15 years of success, who are now looking to invest in the next generation of HV Cable Jointers.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that will fully train and develop you from the ground up, offering a clear pathway all the way through to Senior Authorised Person (SAP) level.

In this role you’ll work alongside experienced engineers, gaining hands-on experience in HV cable jointing, installation, maintenance, and fault finding across a range of projects. Full training will be provided, with ongoing support as you progress in your career.

This role would suit someone who has recently completed an electrical qualification such as an apprenticeship, NVQ, or 18th Edition, and is keen to benefit from excellent training and development. You will have a genuine interest in the high-voltage sector and be motivated to take your first steps into a long-term career within the industry.

The Role:

• Assist experienced cable jointers on site
• Learn how to prepare and join HV cables safely
• Help with cable installation, jointing, and terminations
• Support fault finding and repairs on underground power networks

The Person

• Recently completed an electrical qualification
• A desire to pursue a career in High Voltage
