On offer is an exciting opportunity for an Engineer with an M&E background to transition into Building Surveying and Estimating. You’ll receive full training and mentorship while learning how to manage projects from initial site visits and surveys through to pricing works and preparing quotations for clients across London and the surrounding areas.

In this role, the successful candidate will support the full project lifecycle, including attending sites, assessing works, reading technical drawings, preparing costings, and submitting quotations from the office. You’ll gain hands-on experience across a variety of sectors while developing specialist surveying and estimating skills.

This varied role would suit an ambitious individual looking to move into Building Surveying with a company that offers excellent training, ongoing progression opportunities, and study support as your career develops.

The Role:

• Work on a wide range of projects across the Commercial, Residential, and Retail sectors
• Carry out site visits and surveys across London and surrounding areas
• Prepare quotations, estimates, and costings
• Read and interpret technical drawings
• Receive full training and ongoing support
• Opportunity for career progression and professional development

The Person:

• M&E background
• Looking to get off the tools and build a career in Building Surveying / Estimating
• Motivated to learn and progress
• Full UK Driving Licence preferred
• Commutable to Sutton
