Are you an Engineer from a HVAC or similar background looking to come off the tools in an fully office based role for an industry leading manufacturer where you will receive full training on how to make the transition?

In this role you will be in charge of the management of scheduling of engineers and their jobs, problem solve to make sure the daily and weekly schedules are completed, and be a technically supportive person that the engineers and apprentices can call for help.

This role would suit a Engineer coming off the tools or someone that has previous experience managing London based engineering teams and is a commutable distance to Hounslow.

The Role:

• Log, prioritise and track service enquiries through to resolution
• Schedule engineers and apprentices, arrange access and organise follow-up visits
• Handle maintenance bookings, quotations, parts and warranty claims
• Guide customers through basic telephone checks and give detailed technical support to our own and external engineers
• Maintain accurate job histories and improve service processes as the operation grows

The Person:

• Experience as a Scheduler or Technical Service Coordinator or similar
• Experience the engineering world ideally HVAC, MVHR or Heat Pumps
• Commutable distance to Hounslow
