In this role, you will receive specialist training and support as you progress into managing LV Switchgear commissioning projects, predominantly within data centres. You will gradually take ownership of projects from concept through to commissioning, coordinating teams of skilled Engineers, overseeing budgets, timelines and quality standards, and acting as a key point of contact between internal departments and high-calibre clients. You will have the opportunity to develop your leadership and project management capabilities, with clear scope to progress into more senior positions.

This role would suit a Switchgear Engineer with commissioning experience or a background in data centres, looking to transition into a management position within a thriving engineering business offering specialist training, recognised management qualifications and genuine opportunities for long-term career progression.

The Role:

• Take ownership of the commissioning team and oversee commissioning projects
• Handle contracts, documentation, and reports
• Ensure QSHE adherence
• 37.5 hours a week; ample opportunities for travel across the UK and Europe
