On offer is the exciting opportunity for a Survival Equipment Supervisor to join one of the worlds largest engineering and defence organisations. Established around 150 years ago, this business has built a solid reputation worldwide as a powerhouse within the aerospace and defence industry.

In this varied role, you will lead a tight-knit team responsible for undertaking maintenance, inspection and testing on survival and aircrew equipment. You will also both carry out and oversee certification to align with regulations, quality and safety standards as you organise and assign work in addition to liaising with other departments.

This exciting role would suit a Survival Equipment Supervisor or similar with RAF Trade Group 13 experience looking to join a global leading engineering company offering the chance to work on a diverse range of equipment and to develop your career through unrivalled training and progression.

The Role:

• Lead a team responsible for undertaking maintenance on survival and aircrew equipment
• Oversee and undertake inspection, testing and certification in line with safety and quality standards
• Manage team and assist with ongoing development
• Coordinate work activities to ensure on time delivery

The Person:

• Survival Equipment background
• RAF Trade Group 13 experience
• British Citizen / able to obtain Security Clearance
• Commutable to Salisbury
