In this role, the successful Senior Service Technician will support, maintain, and troubleshoot complex AV, control, and networked systems across client sites. You will carry out diagnostics, repairs, commissioning support, and preventative maintenance while acting as a key technical point of contact for clients and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with AV or networked technology systems, excellent fault-finding ability, and confidence working independently across client sites.

The Role:
* Diagnosing faults and maintaining AV, control, audio, video, and networked systems across client installations.
* Carrying out planned maintenance, system testing, commissioning support, and remote diagnostics.
* Representing the company on-site while maintaining documentation and ensuring high service standards.

The Person:
* Strong experience with AV, control, or networked technology systems and technical fault finding.
* Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and system documentation.
* Full UK driving licence with willingness to travel to client sites.
