Are you a from a customer-facing background looking to progress into a Service Advisor looking for a varied, days-based role within a friendly, tight-knit team, with a company bonus to boost your earnings?

This company has fast become one of the most well-established franchise automotive dealerships in the South-West, supplying into both private and commercial sectors with a wide range of new and used vehicles. They have been delivering their service for over 25 years and, due to continued growth, they are looking for a new Service Advisor to join their team.

In this varied role, you’ll be based at the Yeovil branch, delivering excellent customer service while providing clear advice and accurate cost estimates. You’ll liaise with the Workshop Controller and technicians to keep jobs running smoothly and customers updated, while also supporting with admin tasks. The role is Monday to Friday, 08:00am – 17:30pm, with 1 in 3 Saturday half-days.

This role would suit a Service Advisor or someone from a customer-facing background looking for an exciting position within a friendly, tight-knit team at a well-established company, with the opportunity to increase earnings through a company bonus.

The Role:

• Liaise with Workshop Controller and technicians to manage updates
• Complete admin tasks including bookings and job records
• Providing advice and cost estimates
• Monday-Friday 08:00am – 17:30pm + 1 in 3 Saturday half-days
• Opportunity to boost earnings through company bonus

The Person:

• Service Advisor or similar, or from a customer-facing background
• IT literate, with ability to manage bookings and invoicing
• Commutable to Yeovil
• Full UK Driving Licence
