Are you a Senior Structural Engineer or similar looking to be respected as a technical expert for a business that will invest in your development through chartership support and direct progression to the associate level?

Do you want to work for a small but growing consultancy where you will have autonomy to manage projects from the initial stages through to handover and be recognised for your success?

This successful structural engineering consultancy have offices in the UK and overseas, and work on large-scale, multi-million pound projects across the residential and commercial sectors for a variety of well know clients. Due to their ongoing success, they are looking to grow their closely knit UK team.

In this varied role you will work autonomously on a variety of residential and commercial projects creating structural designs and calculations. You’ll also be responsible for managing projects, liaising within clients and representing the business.

This role would suit a Senior Structural Engineer or similar looking to manage complex structural projects in a client-facing role within a growing consultantcy that can offer direct careeer progression to Associate and Director level.

The Role:

• Creating structural designs for concrete and RC frames
• Working in the residential and commercial sector
• Liaising with clients to and managing projects from cradle to grave
• Hybrid working from a Twyford based office
• Visa Sponsorship available

The Person:

• Senior Structural Engineer
• Large Residential or Commercial buildings / RC Framing background
• Ability or ambition to manage projects from concept to handover
