The ideal candidate will be based in or around Lutterworth, bringing a highly organised, security focused mindset with a Salesforce qualification or equivalent.

This role:

• Takes full strategic ownership of a business-critical CRM and Partner platform.
• Designs, tests, and deploys scalable automated workflows using complex Salesforce Flows.
• Configures custom architecture, unique data models, and sandboxes for release cycles.
• Manages user profiles, role hierarchies, and advanced platform security compliance.
• Builds advanced operational reporting dashboards to track international pipeline health.

The Person:

• Salesforce Administration or Business Analyst experience
• Based in or around Lutterworth
