Are you a Salesperson or similar, ideally with experience in the Solar sector, looking for a role in a rapidly growing Renewable Energy company, who install and maintain Solar PV systems for a variety of residential clients across the South of England?

Do you want to join an ambitious and growing company, who due to a period of massive growth and rapid increase in contracts, is looking to create a new role and employ a Sales Manager to build and run a sales department, with the added benefits of a healthy basic salary plus a commission scheme, greatly increasing your earnings?

On offer is the opportunity to join a business in a pivotal period of growth, who is seeing great success in the Solar Domestic sector. This role gives Leadership opportunities to manage and grow a sales department from the ground up.

In this role you will be responsible for closing deals, meeting clients in-person, being the main point of contact of the Sales department, as well as being the individual responsible for the growth of the Sales department. You will also be able to train existing salespeople as well as recruit new candidates to grow your team.

This role would suit a Salesperson or similar, ideally from the Solar sector, looking for an exciting and varied role, with the added benefits of flexible hours, a commission scheme allowing greatly increased earnings, and a leadership role where you can hire and fire, and grow your very own Sales team.

The Role

• Closing Solar deals at a Domestic scale
• Building up and growing your own Sales team
• Hiring new recruits to grow the Sales department
