In this role the successful sales manager will oversee ensuring the team hits their KPI’s, provide training for salespeople as and where needed and actively closing warm leads alongside the sales team that are fed through daily.

The role:

• Managing a sales team to ensure KPI targets are met.
• Closing warm leads and distributing them to your team.
• Providing training as and when is needed for salespeople.
• Uncapped commission.
• Very achievable targets.

The person:

• Sales management experience.
• Sales within garage equipment or good industry knowledge (preferred)
• Ambitious and looking for a role where they have huge earning potential.
