Are you a Sales Administrator, with experience in providing back office support, looking to join a young, fast growing manufacturer that offers a flexible role with hybrid working?

Are you experienced in using CRM systems and are now looking for an exciting opportunity where you will become a vital member of the sales and operations function, in a company that provides industry training and career progression?

This company was established just under a decade ago and since then has its product range and customer catchment area rapidly increase. The company design, manufacture and supply their own solar products into the commercial and domestic markets.

They pride themselves in their sustainable approach, using only 100% recyclable materials. With quality and innovation also at the centrepiece of the business, the infrastructure is in place to make them a large player in the market.

This role would suit a Sales Administrator or an Operations Support who is looking for a role within a growing manufacturer that offers a hybrid working position and industry training.

The Role:

  • Process and manage sales orders from enquiry through to fulfilment
  • Coordinate between sales and production teams to track order progress
  • Provide customer and client support via phone and email, responding to enquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong professional relationships
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting, including CRM updates, sales pipeline tracking, order records, and internal operational reports
  • Support operational planning by assisting with stock checks, procurement coordination, and monitoring outstanding requests to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
