Are you a Sales Administrator or similar with Business Micros experience looking to join a well-established windows manufacturer offering a stable Monday – Friday role.

This established UK manufacturer designs and produces high-quality plastic components and fabricated solutions, supporting a wide range of commercial and industrial applications. Supplying into the construction, engineering, and manufacturing sectors, it delivers durable, precision-engineered products used in building projects, infrastructure development, and bespoke system assemblies.

In this role, you will process customer quotations and orders accurately using Business Micros / Evolution or similar systems, acting as a key point of contact in a customer-facing office environment. You will handle enquiries, provide pricing and technical support, interpret drawings, and ensure compliance with current industry regulations.

This role would suit a Sales Administrator or Order Processor or similar with Business Micros / Evolution experience, looking for a stable, customer-facing role within a well-established manufacturer, handling quotations, orders, and technical support.

The role:

• Process customer quotations and orders using Business Micros / Evolution systems
• Act as key point of contact in a customer-facing office role
• Handle enquiries, pricing, and basic technical support
• Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to progress orders
• Monday – Friday 8:30 – 4:30

The Person:

• Experience in Sales Administration, Order Processing, or similar within the fenestration or manufacturing industry
• Experience using Business Micros / Evolution or similar systems
• Knowledge of current industry regulations within windows and doors
• Commutable to Coventry
